The information below pertains only to orders shipped to addresses inside the United States, its territories, and US military post offices (APO/FPO).
Our shipping policies are subject to limitations imposed by the carrier or delivery service.

When will I receive my order?

Your delivery time depends on the shipping method you select for the items in your order. The following in-house processing procedures will postpone the shipping of your order: customizations, back-order, special-order, and manual billing verification. Back order and special order items might arrive separately.

What shipping methods do you offer?

The following shipping methods are available for all in-stock items ordered before 2pm. Adding customization to an item will postpone the shipment of your order. Please visit our customizations page for more information.

  • Standard Ground: 5 to 12 business days
  • US Postal Service: 5 to 10 business days
  • Two-Day Air*: 2 business days
  • Next Day*: 1 business day
  • *Not available for PO box addresses, special order items or back order items.

Will you ship to post office box addresses?

Yes, please select standard ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping for PO box addresses. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses may take 4 to 6 weeks. Express mail is not available to PO box or military addresses. Selecting express shipping will not expedite orders orders to box addresses.
